Catcher Technology adheres to the highest standards of business ethics in all transactions with suppliers.
If any Catcher personnel are found to have engaged in the following misconduct toward suppliers, please report it through the channel below. All whistleblower information will be kept strictly confidential. Verified violations will result in disciplinary action.
- Catcher employees, their family members, or related parties must not accept gifts, cash, or other items of value exceeding NT$3,000 from suppliers.
- It is strictly prohibited for Catcher employees to accept kickbacks or any form of tangible or intangible improper benefits.
- Catcher employees must not accept travel, meals, or entertainment from suppliers.
- Employees must not establish lending or other financial relationships with suppliers based on their work position.
- Employees must not request services from suppliers unrelated to procurement.
- Employees must not use their position to arrange employment for relatives or friends at supplier organizations.
- Employees must not use their position to influence supplier decisions for personal gain.
- Procurement processes must be conducted fairly and impartially.
