         To establish Taiwan as a place full of love and compassion, the Foundation has been working for a long time on activities that care for society. By caring for people, events and things, it hopes to bring about a more peaceful & harmonious atmosphere. It also hopes to bring more to the act of showing love.

          In the “era of a knowledge economy, “knowledge represents wealth”. Facing rapidly multiplying challenges around the world, the key to victory would be having outstanding individuals on our side. “Improving and connecting with the world” is a previously unseen challenge that the Taiwanese government has to face in light of these challenges.

         Finding ways to increase the competitive ability of the Taiwanese people has become the most pressing agenda for enterprises as well as the government. Able individuals are the basis for a nation and its enterprises to continue developing. Even more importantly, the key to victory is having the right amount of high quality personnel. Thus, one of the most important policies for the foundation is actively improving training for personnel.
