Forming Solutions

Through advanced die-casting of light metals such as aluminum-magnesium alloys, Catcher produces complex geometries in a single, efficient process that balances cost-effectiveness with high-volume scalability. Complementing this, our mature unibody manufacturing technology leverages precise CNC machining to shape workpieces directly from raw ingots — eliminating dimensional variations caused by high-temperature cooling and preventing stress concentrations from plastic deformation.

In addition to CNC unibody machining and die casting, Catcher also provides carbon fiber casing and other professional forming solutions, delivering high-precision, high-quality components for a wide range of industries.
