With regard to the news reported (7/15) by several media, including UDN, Apple Daily, Liberty Times, Formosa TV News, ETtoday, Tech News and so forth that the prosecutor has charged the former China-based R&D team members of Catcher Technology Co., Ltd. (Catcher) for breaching of trust and violation of business secrets, the Company hereby declares as follows:

Catcher continues to implement and optimize the measures related to the protection of business secrets and intellectual property rights. For any act infringing on the rights and interests of the Company, legal actions will be pursued.

This case has now entered judicial proceedings. Catcher cooperates with the investigation and follows judicial procedures and judgments. Based on the principle of non-disclosure of investigations, Catcher will not actively release or respond to any information related to this case in the future.

To avoid wrong information from confusing and misleading the public, Catcher hopes there is no further speculation and reserves the rights of recourse against any slander.
